Original lithograph card with a color illustration on front of a woman walking on a path in a rural village. Beautiful scenery with soft lighting, muted colors, a hazy yellow sky, cottages, a church, and green foliage. No date, circa 1890s-1910s. 5 1/2" x 3 1/2." Card is very clean and intact except for slight age toning and slightly bumped tips. A Near Fine copy. This card bears some resemblance to trade cards, which are antique business cards and the predecessors of modern trading cards. Trade cards were most common during the late nineteenth century..
